I really like this particular galaxy, although I have always found it tough to process. I think it is to do with how many stars are in the way, so to speak, and finding a way of reducing them, so as to help the galaxy come through, without creating an artificial expression. Anyway, here is my final offering for a while, which used 42 reds, 35 greens, 24 blues and 57 luminances, each at 5 minutes long exposure time. This creates an integration time of 13 hours and 10 minutes. I hope you will all have a great weekend…

Wow can’t say I’ve seen this one before but that is a beautiful galaxy. Very nice rendition there Simon as always.
