I am pleased to have been able to process some more of the Roboscopes data. Here is the infamous M82, the Cigar galaxy. It was imaged with the 10" F/6,8 Dall Kirkham astrograph and is a HaRGB image. I used 240, 120, 100 and 120 minutes for the channels respectively, each sub being 10 minutes long. Have a good night everyone...

Thanks.
Simon

Adjusted image below, as suggested, for colour correction...

Beautiful image Simon, you do have a slight yellow cast to the overall galaxy (at least on my monitor), very simple to fix with a little colour correction.  The jets and detail coming through are just beautiful ....Ive been waiting to see some images from Pier 2

Peter I thought I would let you know that I've just had a crack at some data from pier 2. I had a look at the jellyfish nebula. It is stunning data. Such detail. Sadly what happened was that there was no colour in the image at all, once combined as RGB... well maybe a sort of greeny grey monochrome..and this was also the case the other day with another object I tried from that pier. I do not know if I'm doing something wrong or not, but it does seem strange. Also there are no darks at all for pier 2. I just thought you might want to know this so you can check. Have a good night. Thanks as always. Simon
