Telescope
With almost 3000mm of focal length, flat field, relatively small FOV and 0.65"/PX of resolution this is a pure unadulterated up close and personal setup for galaxies, planetary nebula and smaller sections of larger nebula. Most of us lack the scope for this sort of imaging, so it will allow many members to image in a way they normally cannot from home with their own equipment.
The longest sub lengths we will do on this pier are 600s, for those that still prefer longer subs

Apollo-M MAX Pro USB3.0 Mono Cooled Camera (IMX432)
in a modern world of cameras with big sensors & tiny pixel, we have gone against the masses with this pairing using 9um pixels & a small sensor. We have wanted to try this sensor for a long time of a longer Focal Length telescopes due to its native 9um pixel size as you don't have to bin or mess around.
It will give you a very close up and personal view of even small objects!
In our humble opinion, this sensor is a match made in heaven for our RCOS & we are very excited to use it ourselves!
