Good evening,
I'm trying to download all the calibration files along with some data from Pier 14, however it seems to be either taking a long time with slow speeds or it keeps dropping out. I have a 1gig connection with not much else using it (mobile phone, etc). Am I doing something wrong or is it just a slightly slower download speed?
I did try the FTP route, but then I read a post about that no longer being a thing :)

Its not normally an issue as we have a pretty brisk server with a decent amount of grunt, it may have just been a slow night but please let Phil in our It know via support ticket if it continues
