Pier 7 - NGC 4438 was created by simonnickydowning

I am pleased to have got some data through from pier 7, as it is one of my favourites. Sadly, quite a significant number of subs were slightly out of focus or the stars had trails on them, but from the data set I managed to use 14 reds, 13 greens and 30 blues,  plus 12 luminances, all at 5 minutes long each. This totals to an imaging time of 5 hours and 45 minutes. I have posted this in the gallery too, and  I hope you will have a good day everyone...

That's a lovely object and nicely done Simon :)

The Robofocus has been intermittently glitchy the last few weeks so we are changing it on the next trip to a new ZWO EAF focuser
Please ignore my dylexia wherever possible, just be thankful I can control my Tourettes ;)

Much appreciated Steve and I am glad that you liked the object. I do like pier 7 I find it easier to process than some of the other setups. I am pleased that you know what is causing the focusing issue so hopefully if you can get out there it will enable you to tweak all sorts of things that you feel need doing! Ta...
