We have several attempts at Ic405 (flaming star) and ic410 (tadpoles) nebula on Pier 14.

I would like to suggest focusing on ic410 in a 2 pane narrowband mosaic like so:

Richard,

That's a really good fit and only the 2 panels to deal with. At first I thought it was the Rosette nebula until I noticed the 2 squiggles. At least it shouldn't be affected with those awful star shapes that often end up in the worst possible parts of the image on pier 14.

Thanks for the good suggestion.

Cheers,
